Mustang Girls Golf Stays Perfect in NCC Play

The Munster girls golf team picked up their first NCC win of the season, rolling past Hanover Central 170–229 on the Palmira front nine. With the victory, the Mustangs improve to 2-0 overall and 1-0 in conference play, while the Wildcats drop to 2-1 in the NCC. Junior Hannah Ingersoll led the way, carding a one-over-par 36 with a birdie on the fifth hole to earn Medalist honors. Senior Josephine Zangrilli chipped in a deuce on No. 4 and finished with a 40. Junior Emily Padilla added a steady 45, and freshman Emilia Glombicki rebounded from a slow start to post a 49. Munster is back in action Monday, August 25th when they take on Lowell at Minne Monesse.
