On May 3, 2025, the Munster Mustangs Girls Tennis team delivered a stellar performance at the Homestead Invitational, finishing with an impressive 3-0 record. Facing top-tier competition, the #9-ranked Mustangs defeated Franklin Central (4-1), #18 Homestead (4-1), and #2 Carmel (3-2), showcasing their depth and talent across all courts. Freshman standouts Priyanka and Pallavi Tallamraju led the charge, each going undefeated in singles play. Berlyn Compton also dominated at #3 singles, notching straight-set wins in all three matches. While the doubles teams faced tough battles, Krisa Parikh and Clarie Han secured crucial victories at #2 doubles in two of the matches, helping seal the team wins. This strong showing solidifies Munster’s position among Indiana’s elite high school tennis programs and highlights the team’s promising young core.
