The Munster girls tennis program enters the 2025 season with one goal in mind—continuing its storied dominance by securing its 48th consecutive sectional championship. Under the leadership of head coach Patrick Spohr, the Mustangs are coming off another impressive season in which they captured both the sectional and conference titles. With a strong group of returners and an exciting crop of newcomers, Munster looks poised to add to its rich tradition. Leading the charge this season are Annemarie Fuller, Claire Han, Risha Panigrahi, and Isabella Shin, all of whom earned 1st Team All-Conference honors last year. Their experience and leadership will be invaluable as the Mustangs take on a challenging schedule that includes standout matchups against Chesterton, Lake Central, and Crown Point. Joining the team are promising newcomers Berlyn Compton, Pallavi Tallamraju, and Priyanka Tallamraju, who are expected to make an immediate impact. With a blend of experienced veterans and rising stars, Munster will once again be the team to beat as they chase history and aim for another deep postseason run.
