The Seahorses fought hard in a closely contested meet last night at Crown Point, with the girls falling 104-79 and the boys losing 99-87. Despite strong individual performances, both teams were outpaced by Crown Point's depth. Freshmen Mia Terfler (200 IM, 100 breaststroke) and Lilly King (50 free, 100 butterfly), along with sophomore Taylor Jerousek (100 free, 100 back), each won multiple events for the girls, but Crown Point’s depth proved too much. On the boys' side, sophomore Allan Galuszka (200 IM, 100 back), junior Cayden Spilde (100 butterfly), and senior Andrew Manick (100 free) all earned victories, but the boys’ team also struggled with depth. Next up for the Seahorses is a meet against Highland on Tuesday, December 3rd, at 6:00 pm. The meet against Penn on Wednesday, November 27th, has been cancelled.
