The Mustangs traveled to Andrean for a conference matchup against the #1 ranked team in 3A. Andrean got on the board early scoring one run in the bottom of the first. Kaylee O'Connell pitched the first two innings and Emily Siurek came in to earn the victory with 5 shutout innings and 3 K's. The Mustangs answered with 2 in the top of the fourth. Caroline Wendlinger had a solo homerun and Emily Siurek had an RBI single. Emily Siurek was 2-3 on the day. The victory brings Munster's record to 14-6 and a share of the conference lead with a 6-1 record. The Mustangs travel to Hanover Central on Monday, Lowell on Tuesday, and play Valparaiso at home on Thursday.
