Munster Boys Golf competed in the IHSAA Sectional on Monday and finished 6th as a team with a score of 339. Senior Beckett Hunt put together an impressive round, opening with two birdies and finishing with another birdie on his final hole. Combined with steady play throughout the day, Hunt carded a 77 to qualify individually for the Sandy Pines Regional on Thursday. Freshman Cooper Kieltyka narrowly missed advancing after shooting an 80. Vince Glombicki added an 89 for the Mustangs, while Finn Kinsella finished with a 93. Hunt will represent Munster at the Sandy Pines Regional on Thursday. Congratulations to Beckett on extending his season, and good luck at Regionals!
