Mustang Varsity Baseball battled through eight innings to take down rival Lake Central, 4–3, improving their record to 14–3. Danny Schassburger and Danny Bevil were lights out on the mound, combining to hold Lake Central to just three runs. Luke Zelaya earned Player of the Game honors, with the senior center fielder going 2-for-3 at the plate and adding a walk. The Mustangs are right back at it tonight in an NCC showdown against Hanover Central at 5 PM.
